ESNNA POLICY – CODE OF CONDUCT AGAINST SEXUAL EXPLOITATION

Pachamama Expeditions Travel E.I.R.L. is committed to responsible tourism and to protecting children and adolescents from all forms of sexual exploitation (ESNNA – Explotación Sexual de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes).
This commitment is confirmed to GERCETUR / DIRCETUR Cusco, in accordance with the principles of the Code of Conduct and the New General Tourism Law (Ley N° 32392).
Our Commitment
No member of Pachamama Expeditions, no partner, supplier, or stakeholder will be involved in or tolerate the sexual exploitation of children or adolescents, including:
- Exploitation of children and adolescents in pornographic activities.
- Sex tourism.
- Trafficking of children and adolescents for commercial sexual exploitation.
Our Measures
- 01 – Prevention: We promote prevention measures against sexual exploitation across all tourism operations.
- 02 – Training: We raise awareness among and train guides, drivers, support staff, hotels, and local partners.
- 03 – Reporting: We are legally obligated to report known cases to the competent authorities.

- Article 181-A – Commercial sexual exploitation of minors in tourism
